Domain Move Completion Notice

Below is an example of an email you would have received once your site was migrated from the old DSM system to the new Parallels Plesk system.

=======================================

NOTE: It is very important you change the DNS pointing for your domain to the NS servers listed below as soon as possible.  Otherwise your domain and email will be pointed to the wrong location.

The site content for your domain has been moved over to
the new server. You must now change the DNS servers to

ns10.websitesource.com
ns11.websitesource.com
ns12.websitesource.com

To change the DNS servers for your domain, you will need to have your domain's
registrar update this information. Many registrars have account login pages on
their website where you can log in and make the changes. You may determine your
current registrar and DNS server settings by going
here:

http://whois.zabco.net

I have left the entire contents of your old home directory in the file on the
new server called BACKUP. You may want to download this file for your own
backup purposes and then delete it from the server to re-claim the disk space
this backup file uses. Your FTP login should be the same as the control panel
one, however you can reset it on the control panel.

New control panel URL:
https://plesk2.websitesource.com:8443

User account: ** Provided in the email **

Password: ** Provided in the email **

Email:
Once you log in the new control panel, you much reset your email account
password, and the passwords of all your domain's email accounts.

New webmail URL:
http://webmail.YOURDOMAIN.com

User: Email@YOURDOMAIN.com

The entire contents of your old home directory have been put in the file in your Plesk site called BACKUP. You may want to download this file for your own backup purposes and then delete it from the server to re-claim the disk space this backup file uses.

QUESTIONS:

What if I don't change DNS:

Having services active in both systems will cause the new site in Plesk to be out of date with the old (currently live) site that is in DSM. You are responsible for updating the files from your old site to your new site since we performed the migration earlier this week.

What do I point my domain to if I use my own DNS servers?

If you are using the server's shared IP address, then create an A record for your domain pointing to 216.177.136.165.

If you are using a dedicated IP address, you will first need to log into the Plesk control panel and obtain that dedicated IP address and then create an A record pointing to that dedicated IP address.

If you have any further questions, please submit a ticket to Website Source Support.

Billing:
We are doing our best to prevent an over-lap of billing from the old hosting and billing system to our new system. If an over-lap does occur and you have any questions, please contact our Billing Department by submitting a ticket via https://support.websitesoure.com or by emailing billing@websitesource.com
