Since March 16th, our organization has been receiving and issuing complaints about our SharePoint portals being almost unusable for file downloads and uploads. Nearly three weeks later, the problem persists and there is little to no communication coming from support. This is a datacenter and I have to assume that Alentus would not use asynchronous internet bandwidth, but we are seeing 14-18mbps upload speeds from the Alentus network! This means that users trying to download files from SharePoint are suffering from extremely slow speeds. The further one is from the Alentus data center, the worse it is also.
Because Alentus is not commenting, testing, or fixing (if they are they aren't saying) I thought I'd reach out to any community members that may also be experiencing the problem. Let me know!
